For the last 4 months I have been trying to change the name on my Amex card. They have repeatedly told me that they are changing the name of the card, and then haven't done anthing. So for 4 months they have been dragging the chain, forcing me to have regular conversations with their back office in India, and basically doing nothing.

An incredible lack of action from a global company. Amaxing lack of customer service! Good job I have a Visa card.
