I tweet and follow a couple of interesting people.
Australia's File-sharing cops are actually located in Europe. DTECNET.
This allows them to investigate Austrlian file sharers without having to be a registered Australian company that is consequently answerable to the laws and regulations pertaining to and regulating companies operating in Australia.
I guess that places them above the law.
It's curious that the Australian courts are prepared to take the advice of a foreign corporation over that of Australian nationals in reference to Aussies online activities.
Obviously, I have managed to alert them to my humble presence as the following shows.
