Paid Content got a million dollars venture capital funding yesterday. This site is small but incredibly useful. Rafat, the founder is an ex journalist who captures and opinionates about content and technology deals. He hopes to spread the site through the content making world. Britain, India, Australia, for example.

Many Bloggers are getting funding to become bigger brands. (Om Malik for example) Eventually, as they grow and develop, they will be bought by big media concerns and enveloped. Blogging is developing an exit strategy for the toilers. And media a new source of growth.
