Adwords and search are about to change politics. As they should. Politics is often the refugee of the lame and self serving. These people will  feel fear. The clever, strong, smart? Power on.

The Drum Major Institute has graded local New York state legislators from A to F on how their votes impacted the middle class in New York. (Yes. That forgotten majority pistol whipped over the last few years by events.) Then, the Institute has bought each legislators ad word name on Google (that includes discussion on a GMail account) to display their voting record. Try Tom Alfano. Or better, still John J. Flanagan. Laugh? You too!

But important. Lets hope it rolls out nationally as soon as possible. And just another example of how the tech change is starting to reshape the contours of life, far and wide.
