Ringo keeps tabs on your network of contacts and updates MSOutlook for you. Other company's do the same thing. But while it was great to get Nadine's email, I was surprised to see that after updating my contact, Ringo offered me the chance to link with all her other 55 friends. It's like getting an offer to link with an unknown person from Linked-In. Their contact with me is someone else. Is it worth it? And, is it a good idea for me to know all Nadine's friends and contacts? It's like a free gift of a list. Managing social networks for business clearly requires some thought.
